What time does Marbela Beach Club open and close?
Marbela Beach Club opens at 11 AM and closes at 10 PM, Monday to Sunday, according to the resort's own beach club page. There is no weekly day off, which helps in North Goa, where smaller shacks keep irregular hours at the start and end of the season. Two neighbours on the same property keep slightly different hours. Meso, the bamboo restaurant, serves from 11 AM to 11 PM, so dinner can run an hour past the last track. The Meso Bar serves coffee, fresh juices, smoothies and cocktails. Resort guests work to another clock again. Check-out is 11 AM and check-in is 2 PM, which leaves a three-hour gap on changeover day. The club fills that gap well: ask reception whether they can hold your bags, take a sunbed, and collect your key after lunch.

An hour-by-hour plan for a full day
A full day at the club works best around three fixed points: lunch before the heat peaks, the pool through the afternoon, and the sunset set. Timeanddate puts sunset at nearby Panaji at 6:01 PM from mid-November to early December and 7:09 PM from late June to mid-July.

Half days work too. Arrive at 3 PM and you still get the pool, the sunset and dinner. You skip the hours when the sand burns.
Is a weekday or a weekend better at a Goa beach club?
A weekday is usually the better day at a Goa beach club. The hours are identical, but most short-break visitors from Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru land on Friday night and fly home on Sunday, so Saturday and Sunday afternoons are when groups, birthdays and day-trippers book cabanas. Weekends suit people who want a crowd around the DJ. A Tuesday or Thursday suits couples, readers and anyone who wants the choice of sunbeds. Long weekends and the Christmas to New Year stretch behave like one very long Saturday, so reserve a cabana ahead for those dates. One weekday clash is worth planning around. Wednesday is Anjuna Flea Market day in season, from about 10 AM. You can do both: spend the morning at the market, 35–45 minutes south by road, then drive back over the Siolim bridge for a 3 PM swim and sunset at Morjim.
Which months suit a full day at the club?
November to February is the best time for a full club day, with dry weather and calm evenings, though it is also the busiest stretch of the year.

Open all week does not mean the same club all year. A guest who stayed in the monsoon wrote on Agoda in August 2021 that the pool was closed, many cabanas were not there, and the place looked and cost different out of season. The resort does not publish its monsoon set-up, so check before visiting June–September and ask about the pool and cabanas by name. Programming changes by season too. In the 2022–23 season, a GigHub listing had Djuma Soundsystem presenting IZIKI every Sunday from 2 to 10 PM, with free entry before 5 PM. That is history, not a current offer, but it shows why a Sunday can feel very different from a Tuesday.
What to do after the club closes at 10 PM
Marbela Beach Club is a day-to-sunset club, and it closes at 10 PM. It is not a late-night venue, and nobody should drive up from Baga expecting a 2 AM party. There are three sensible ways to end the evening. Stay on the property and finish dinner at Meso, which serves until 11 PM. Go to bed, if you are staying at the resort. Or head south for a later night: Vagator is roughly 12–14 km away over the Chapora river bridge at Siolim, about 25–35 minutes, and Anjuna is 35–45 minutes. Book an app cab such as GoaMiles or a local taxi for that leg rather than riding a scooter after cocktails.
