Yes, February is one of the best months in Goa for couples. It is dry and pleasant like December, but the Christmas and New Year crowds have gone and the beaches feel roomier. Sunsets come a little later, around 6:30 PM, which leaves a longer afternoon. On Morjim, February falls inside the January–March peak of Olive Ridley nesting, so night walks come with rules: no bright lights, keep a distance and follow forest staff.
